At the outset we hold an initial meeting with the wider business to gain a full understanding of the dynamics within your organisation. Cordless Resourcing will discuss strategy and planning as well as team cultural fit within the immediate environment to formulate the best sourcing approach.
Following our initial consultation, we will then meet with individual hirers to review all open positions. During this stage we will capture both the specific requirements of each role and the priorities of the team and individual manager, collating this to formulate a set of highly detailed criteria for use when matching your requirements to our Blue Apple network.
Cordless Resourcing will then commence a full network search using our unique assessment criteria. We will never send across more than three individuals per opportunity for review, with each CV submission containing a fully personalised overview of the nine unique Blue Apple assessment components.
4. Process Management
Following our initial submissions we will then take ownership of the next stages, taking away the pain of organising diaries, interviews and offers to enable you to focus on your day-to-day activities. Once the right person has been secured we will hold a brief final process closure meeting, ensuring that we review and learn from our performance as the business relationship develops.
